Year-End Donation Information

The following is intended to assist you if you wish to ensure your year-end gift to It Is Written is tax deductible.

We are blessed in the United States that charitable donations can be considered tax deductible. These tax savings see you retain more of your money, which you can then use to provide for your own needs and wants, or the needs of God’s work.

Check or cash donations sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be postmarked by December 31 if you wish your donation to count in 2023.

Credit card gifts made online will be tax deductible for 2023, if made by December 31. While you may mail a credit card donation, if you are wishing the gift to count in 2023, we recommend you make a credit card donation online. Mail can be slow at times, and credit card donations cannot be backdated.

Bank account donations must be processed by our office staff, and it can take up to three business days for your bank to finalize the transaction. To support It Is Written via a bank account, please call our team at 1-844-921-3600, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. (Keep in mind, It Is Written is located in Collegedale, Tennessee.) While bank account donations may be made online, our office staff must manually process them.

Online bank account donations should be made by Wednesday, December 27, at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Annual receipts will be sent out for total 2023 contributions of $250 or more no later than January 31. If you have given an annual amount of less than $250 and would like a receipt, please contact us, and we will gladly mail you a receipt.

Thank you for your gracious support of It Is Written. With God’s blessing, we will together proclaim the good news of a crucified, risen, and soon-coming Savior and see more and more souls won to faith in Him.
